Vacancy: Amazon Brand Manager

Amazon is one of Samako's biggest growth engines, and we're looking for an Amazon Brand Manager to take full commercial ownership of this business across Europe.

This is not just an Amazon operations role. You will be responsible for the numbers — revenue, contribution margin, growth, catalog strategy, investments, and team performance.

What you will own:

• Revenue, margin, and growth targets across the EU marketplaces
• Commercial strategy for products, pricing & promotions
• Leading our PPC Manager and Account Manager
• Catalog direction, product launches & prioritization
• Budget allocation across ads, promotions, inventory & creative
• Growth on Amazon, Bol, Kaufland & future marketplaces
• Cross-functional alignment with Inventory, Operations & Product
  
  
  What we're looking for:
• 5–7 years of experience in e-commerce, including 3+ years on Amazon
• You have been directly responsible for revenue and margin, not just PPC metrics
• Experience directly managing 2+ people, including recruitment & performance management
• Strong understanding of Amazon campaigns, listings, pricing & catalog
• Comfortable with P&Ls, COGS, fees, ad spend & contribution margin
• Pan-EU experience across 3+ European marketplaces
• Strong commercial acumen and a genuine ownership mindset
