Is the Floor Cleaner a spray or a liquid?
The Samako Floor Cleaner is not a spray, but a concentrated liquid floor cleaner. You use it in combination with the Aqualis S1 mop vacuum by adding a small amount to the clean water tank at the back of the device.
Can I use other cleaning agents with the Aqualis S1 mop vacuum cleaner?
No, we strongly advise against that. The Samako Floor Cleaner is the only cleaning product specially developed and tested for safe use with the Aqualis S1. Other products can cause foaming or damage the internal system and sensors of the device. With the Floor Cleaner, you are assured of optimal performance and a longer lifespan for your mop vacuum cleaner.
How much Floor Cleaner should I use in the Aqualis S1?
For the Aqualis S1 mop vacuum cleaner, always use the Floor Cleaner diluted with water in the clean water tank at the back of the device.
Use as a guideline:
- Daily cleaning: 25–50 ml per 5 liters of water
- Normal dirt: 50–100 ml per 5 liters of water
- Heavy dirt: 150–250 ml per 5 liters of water
