In which currency do I see the prices on the site?
All prices are in EURO.

I have just placed an order, when will it be shipped?
We do our best to ship items as quickly as possible. Generally, the following applies:

• Netherlands/Belgium: Ordered before 23:00 = shipped the next working day.
• Germany: Delivered within 2-3 working days.
• The rest of Europe: Delivered within 3-5 working days.

Note: shipments only take place on working days. No orders are shipped on weekends.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is a problem?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to return it to us for a full refund. You must return it at your own cost. Once we have received the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase.
Note: If your package is in transit, you must wait until it arrives and return it before you receive a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order free of charge! You must cancel your order before it is shipped. If the item has already been shipped, use our simple return system to get a full refund.

I entered the wrong address, what should I do now?
If you have a misspelling or an automatically filled incorrect address, simply reply to the email with the order confirmation and confirm it. Once you have double-checked that the provided address is incorrect, you can notify us by email at info@samako.nl. If the provided address is incorrect, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. After 24 hours from incorrect submission, no refund will be made.
