Not completely satisfied? No problem! You can return your item – even if you have used it. We want you to shop with peace of mind. Below we answer all your questions so you know exactly what to expect.

Shipping

  • Netherlands/Belgium: Ordered before 23:00 = shipped the next working day.
  • Germany: Delivered within 2-3 working days.
  • The rest of Europe: Delivered within 3-5 working days.

After your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. As soon as your order is packed and ready for shipment, we will send you a Track & Trace code, so you can follow exactly when your package will be delivered. The Track & Trace keeps you informed of any delays.

  • Shipping is free from €50.
  • For orders below this amount, shipping costs are €6.75.

Your order will be delivered by PostNL or DHL. If you work during the day, delivery will take place later so you can always receive the package.

Returns

We believe it is important that you can experience the quality of Samako yourself. We fully stand behind our products, which is why you may use them for 30 days. Still not satisfied? No problem, you can simply return the item – regardless of whether it has been used.

Would you like to return or exchange an item due to a defect? Click the button at the bottom of the page to go to our return portal. Here you can easily register your return and receive a return label. The costs for returning are at your own expense. Returns that have not been registered in advance cannot unfortunately be processed.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery. This applies in particular to cleaning agents and liquids.

 

Damage and problems
Check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can resolve the issue for you right away.


Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received your return and inform you about the refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded within 7 working days via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


If more than 7 working days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.
