Thank you for taking a look! We understand that you may be hesitant to order and would like to know for sure how it works with shipping and returns. Don't worry, we make it as easy as possible for you!
Not completely satisfied? No problem! You can simply return your item – even if you have used it. We want you to shop with peace of mind. Below we answer all your questions, so you know exactly what to expect.

Dispatch
When you order on a working day before 23:59 (NL & BE), our team will pack your package with care and love and ship it the same day. In most cases, you will have it the next day.
After your order you will receive a confirmation email immediately. As soon as your order is packed and ready for shipping, we will send you a Track & Trace code , so you can track exactly when your package is delivered. The Track & Trace keeps you informed of any delays.
- Shipping is free from €25.
- For orders below this amount, shipping costs are €6.75.
Your order will be delivered by PostNL or DHL , if you work during the day, delivery will take place later, so that you can always accept the package.
Returns
We believe it is important that you can experience the quality of Samako yourself. We fully support our products, which is why you can use them for 14 days . Are you still not satisfied? No problem, you can simply return the item - regardless of whether it has been used. After these 14 days, you have another 14 days to return the package.
Do you want to return or exchange an item due to a defect? Click on the button at the bottom of the page to go to our return portal . Here you can easily register your return and receive a return label. The costs for returning are at your own expense. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns that have not been registered in advance.

Exceptions Returns
Samako guarantees the hygiene of its products for its customers, which is why liquid substances, including cleaning agents, cannot be returned. We advise customers to carefully select these products, as they cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can resolve the issue for you immediately.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive your return and inform you of the refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 7 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.
