Shipping & Returns

Dispatch

We do our utmost to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 23:59 (Netherlands & Belgium) are placed, we will ship the same day and the item will arrive the next day. However, we are not always able to meet this deadline, sometimes the shipping service may be busier, which means that the delivery of your order may take a little longer. The product page always includes an indication of the delivery time. If for whatever reason we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

We offer free shipping from €25,-, below this amount the shipping costs are:

€6.75 for orders under €25-

Free for orders over €25,-

Delivery is via parcel delivery from PostNL or DHL . In general, delivery will take place the next business day between 9:00 and 18:00. You will receive a Track and Trace code, which will show you what time the package will be delivered.

Returns

We have a 14 day return policy, which means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You also have 14 days to send the order back.


To initiate a return or exchange (due to a defect), please click on the button at the bottom of the page to go to the returns portal.


If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions Returns

Samako guarantees the hygiene of its products for its customers, which is why liquid substances, including cleaning agents, cannot be returned. We advise customers to carefully select these products, as they cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the incorrect item so we can evaluate and resolve the problem.


Refunds
We will notify you once we receive your return and inform you of the refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 7 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.
