Not completely satisfied? No problem! You can simply return your item—even if you've used it. We want you to shop with peace of mind. We'll answer all your questions below, so you know exactly what to expect.

Dispatch

If you order on a working day before 11 PM (NL & BE), we will ship your package the next day.

After placing your order, you'll immediately receive a confirmation email . As soon as your order is packed and ready for shipment, we'll send you a Track & Trace code so you can track your package's arrival. Track & Trace keeps you informed of any delays.

  • Shipping is free for orders over €50.
  • For orders below this amount, shipping costs are €6.75.

Your order will be delivered by PostNL or DHL . If you work during the day, delivery will take place later, so you can always accept the package.

 

Returns

We believe it's important that you experience Samako 's quality for yourself. We fully support our products, so you can use them for 30 days . Not satisfied? No problem, you can simply return the item – regardless of whether it's been used. 

Want to return or exchange an item due to a defect? Click the button at the bottom of the page to go to our returns portal . Here you can easily register your return and receive a return label. You are responsible for the return costs. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns that have not been registered in advance.

Exceptions Returns

Samako guarantees the hygiene of its products for its customers, so liquids, including cleaning products, cannot be returned. We advise customers to carefully select these products, as they cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.

 

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can resolve the issue for you immediately.


Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received your return and let you know about the refund. If approved, you'll automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


If more than 7 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.
