Glad you stopped by! We understand you might be hesitant to order and want to be sure about shipping and returns. No worries, we make it as easy as possible for you!
Not completely satisfied? No problem! You can return your item – even if you have used it – no questions asked. We want you to shop with peace of mind. Below we answer all your questions so you know exactly what to expect.

Shipping
- Netherlands/Belgium: Ordered before 23:00 = shipped the next business day.
- Germany: Delivered within 2-3 business days.
- The rest of Europe: Delivered within 3-5 business days.
After your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. Once your order is packed and ready for shipment, we will send you a Track & Trace code, so you can follow exactly when your package will be delivered. The Track & Trace keeps you informed of any delays.
- Shipping is free for orders over €50.
- For orders under this amount, shipping costs €6.75.
Your order will be delivered by PostNL or DHL. If you work during the day, delivery will take place later so you can always receive the package.

Returns
We believe it’s important that you can experience the quality of Samako yourself. We fully stand behind our products, which is why you may use them for 30 days. Not satisfied after all? No problem, you can return the item – whether used or not – no questions asked.
Want to return or exchange an item due to a defect? Click the button at the bottom of the page to go to our return portal. Here you can easily register your return and receive a return label. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Returns that are not registered in advance cannot be processed.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery. This applies in particular to cleaning agents and liquids.
Damage and problems
Check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can resolve the issue for you right away.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received your return and inform you about the refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded within 7 business days via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 7 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.
