Shipping & Returns

Dispatch

We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on workdays before 10:00 PM are done, we try to ship the same day. However, we are not always able to achieve this, sometimes products are out of stock and delivery of your order may take a little longer. The product page contains an indication of the delivery time. If, for whatever reason, we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The prices stated do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are:

€6.75 for orders under €25-

Free for orders from €25,-

Delivery is via the postman or parcel delivery service PostNL or DHL . In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

Returns

We have a 14 day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You also have 14 days to return the order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@samako.nl. The return costs are borne by the customer.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

Exceptions Returns

Samako guarantees the hygiene of its products for its customers. When using a product, cleaning costs of 25% of the purchase price will be charged upon return, provided that signs of use are found. This policy does not apply if the item is returned normally without any signs of use, allowing us to guarantee that our products remain 100% hygienic at all times.

Liquids, including cleaning products, cannot be returned as per our policy. We advise customers to select these products carefully as they cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Right of withdrawal

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to sell the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.

To exercise this right, please contact us at info@samako.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess and resolve the problem.


Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
