Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we are obliged to refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and in any event no later than 14 days after the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever occurs earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal of this contract to:

The period is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Special provisions

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for entrepreneurs: The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers within the meaning of Article 6:193a of the Dutch Civil Code. Entrepreneurs do not have the right of withdrawal.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for certain goods: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery (e.g., cleaning agents and liquids).
