To scale quickly but smartly, we are now looking for a Head of CRO.
As Head of CRO, you are the analytical brain behind our shop performance and user experience. You ensure that we get the maximum return from every visitor who lands on our page. You take us from ad-hoc adjustments to a structured, scientific experimentation culture. You are the link between data, psychology, and design, making sure every click, scroll, and interaction is optimized for conversion. You don’t fixate on a single metric; you optimize the entire funnel, from the first ad click to checkout and upsell, to exponentially accelerate our growth.
