Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we have received your return and inform you about the refund. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery (e.g. cleaning products and liquids).

Reporting a defect

If there is a defect, contact us immediately at info@samako.nl with your order number and a brief description, and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.

Warranty

Our products come with a 2-year warranty. If a defect occurs through normal use during the warranty period, we will arrange a replacement product free of charge. If that is not possible, we can arrange a refund. If there is a defect, always contact us at info@samako.nl.
