How to use the Aqualis S1
1. Remove it from the dock and fill the water tank
Fill the clean water tank with warm water (max. 60 degrees) and add Samako Floor Cleaner in the correct ratio. Place the tank back in the appliance and you can start cleaning immediately.
2. Clean smart and powerfully
The VortexCore motor and 60-degree hot water remove crumbs, hair, and stains in one pass, right up to the baseboard.
3. Return it to the dock and start automatic cleaning
After use, place the Aqualis S1 in the dock. At the press of a button, it cleans and dries itself with warm air, so it stays fresh for the next cleaning.
4. Empty the dirty water tank
Empty the dirty water tank and rinse it briefly. This prevents dirt or odors from lingering.

With a full charge, you can clean for up to approximately 35 minutes. That is enough to clean an entire floor in an average family home.

No. After use, place the Aqualis S1 back in the dock. At the press of a button, it rinses itself clean and dries the brush with 55-degree warm air. This keeps it fresh, even the next day.

Do I need to clean the parts after use?
The Aqualis S1 does most of the work itself. You only need to empty the dirty water tank and rinse the filter from time to time.

Can I use cleaning products other than Floor Cleaner with the Aqualis S1?
No, we strongly advise against it. Samako Floor Cleaner is the only cleaning product specially developed and tested for safe use with the Aqualis S1. Other products may cause foaming or damage the device’s internal system and sensors. With Floor Cleaner, you can be sure of optimal performance and a longer lifespan for your mop vacuum.

How much Floor Cleaner should I use in the Aqualis S1?
For the Aqualis S1, always use Floor Cleaner diluted with water in the clean water tank at the back of the device. Use the following as a guideline:
Daily cleaning: 25–50 ml per 5 liters of water
Normal soiling: 50–100 ml per 5 liters of water
Heavy soiling: 150–250 ml per 5 liters of water
