Supply Chain Manager

As Supply Chain Manager, you are the brains behind our supply chain—from inventory and forecasting to procurement, logistics, and supplier management. You keep everything running smoothly, anticipate risks before they arise, and build systems that make us structurally stronger.

What will you do?

• Forecast demand and manage inventory levels for our fulfilment centre, Bol.com, Amazon, and B2B
• Plan purchase orders and local inventory to prevent stock-outs
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Optimise logistics for cost, speed, and consistency
• Manage import documentation, customs matters, and HS codes
• Build scalable supply chain systems and workflows
• Monitor KPIs (lead times, forecast accuracy, inventory health) and adjust where necessary
• Coordinate demand planning with marketing, finance, and operations
  
  

What are we looking for?

• 2+ years of experience in D2C supply chain or operations (e-commerce is a must)
• Experience with inventory management, forecasting, and international supply chains
• Knowledge of freight forwarding and customs processes
• Experience with fulfilment platforms (Amazon FBA, Bol LVB)
• Strong in Excel/Google Sheets and ERP systems
• Structured, precise, and solution-oriented
• Fluent in Dutch (a major plus) and English
