The role 🎯

DACH is one of our biggest growth opportunities, and creator marketing is a core part of that strategy.

As Creator Manager – DACH, you will own the creator pipeline in Germany and Austria — from finding and negotiating with the right UGC creators, influencers, and affiliates to activating and scaling the partnerships that actually perform.


You will work closely with our Creative Strategist and the Creator team at HQ to turn winning concepts into high-performing content for the German market.

You will:
5|→ Build and scale Samako's DACH creator network

→ Source, screen, and activate creators on TikTok & Instagram

→ Negotiate flat-fee, commission-based, and hybrid partnerships

→ Build a reliable "creator army" that we can activate again and again

→ Guide creators from briefing through content delivery and payment

→ Monitor performance, revenue, ROAS, and profitability

→ Identify what works in DACH and scale it

→ Samako's DACH-creatornetwerk opbouwen en opschalen

→ Creators sourcen, screenen en activeren op TikTok & Instagram

→ Onderhandelen over flat fee-, commissie- en hybride samenwerkingen

→ Een betrouwbaar "creator army" bouwen dat we steeds opnieuw kunnen activeren

→ Creators begeleiden van briefing tot contentoplevering en betaling

→ Performance, omzet, ROAS en winstgevendheid monitoren

→ Herkennen wat werkt in DACH en dat opschalen


What we're looking for 👀

🇩🇪 Native-level German + strong English

🎯 3+ years of experience in creator, influencer, UGC, or affiliate marketing

📈 Solid understanding of D2C & performance marketing

🤝 Excellent outreach, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

⚡ Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable building from scratch

📊 Commercial, data-driven mindset
