Processing is carried out to fulfill the contract according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. Disclosure to third parties occurs only within the scope of contract processing, e.g., to the commissioned shipping company and the payment service provider.

6. Meta (Facebook) Pixel

Our website includes the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland. 7. Email Marketing (Klaviyo)

We use Klaviyo, Inc., 225 Franklin Street, Boston, MA 02110, USA, for sending marketing emails. When you sign up for our newsletter, your email address is transmitted to Klaviyo. 8. Hosting and Shopify

Our online shop is hosted by Shopify International Limited, Victoria Buildings, 2nd Floor, 1-2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland. Shopify processes your data on our behalf. This may involve transfer to servers in Canada and the USA. The transfer is based on standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission according to Art. 46 para. 2 lit. c GDPR.

Some of the mentioned service providers are located outside the EU/EEA (especially in the USA and Canada). Data transfer is based on standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 para. 2 lit. c GDPR) or an adequacy decision of the EU Commission (Art. 45 GDPR), e.g., the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
