Fill the fresh water tank of the Aqualis S1 with warm water (max. 60°C) and add the Samako Floor Solution in the correct ratio (see FAQ). Place the tank back into the device and you can start cleaning immediately.
2 Clean smartly and powerfully
The VortexCore™ motor and the 60°C hot water remove crumbs, hairs, and stains in one go. Whether it is wet paws or spilled juice, the Aqualis S1 cleans everything spotless right up to the skirting board.
3 Place back & start automatic cleaning
After use, place the Aqualis S1 in the dock. With one press of a button, it cleans and dries itself with warm air, so it stays fresh and ready for the next cleaning.
4 Empty the dirty water tank before next use
Complete the cleaning by emptying the dirty water tank and briefly rinsing it. This prevents dirt or odors from remaining and keeps your Aqualis S1 always fresh and ready for the next cleaning.

On which floors can I use the Aqualis S1?
The Aqualis S1 is suitable for all hard floors: wood, laminate, tiles, and PVC. Choose the right setting (Eco, Max, or Auto) for the best result.
Should I clean parts after use?
The Aqualis S1 does most of the work itself. You only need to empty the dirty water tank and occasionally rinse out the filter.
Can I use cleaning agents other than Floor Solution with the Aqualis S1?
No, we strongly advise against that. The Samako Floor Solution is the only cleaning agent specially developed and tested for safe use with the Aqualis S1. Other agents can cause foam formation or damage the internal system and sensors of the device. With the Floor Solution, you are assured of optimal performance and a longer lifespan of your mop vacuum cleaner.
How much Floor Solution should I use in the Aqualis S1?
For the Aqualis S1 mop vacuum cleaner, always use the Floor Solution diluted with water in the clean water tank at the back of the device.
Use as a guideline:
- Daily cleaning: 25–50 ml per 5 liters of water
- Normal soiling: 50–100 ml per 5 liters of water
- Heavy soiling: 150–250 ml per 5 liters of water
