Refund Policy

We have a 14 day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@samako.nl. Please note that returns must be sent to a specified address from the seller.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can assess and resolve the problem.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items or specially produced liquids (such as beauty products or cleaning products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, liquids or gases such as cleaning products. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Cleaning costs

Samako guarantees the hygiene of its products for its customers. When using a product, cleaning costs of 25% of the purchase price will be charged upon return, provided that signs of use are found. This policy does not apply if the item is returned normally without any signs of use, allowing us to guarantee that our products remain 100% hygienic at all times.

European Union 14 days reflection period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel (if not already shipped) or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
