Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@samako.nl. Please note that returns must be sent to the address provided by the seller.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess and resolve the issue.


Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (like special orders or personalized items), personal care items, or specially manufactured liquids (like beauty products or cleaning supplies). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, liquids, or gases, such as cleaning supplies. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Cleaning costs

Samako guarantees the hygiene of its products for its customers. When returning a product, a cleaning fee of 25% of the purchase price will be charged, provided there are no signs of wear. This policy does not apply if the item is returned normally without any signs of wear, allowing us to guarantee that our products remain 100% hygienic at all times.

European Union 30 days cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order (if not yet shipped) or return it within 30 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
