How do I participate in Samako's Refer a Friend program?
To participate, you only need to sign up using the form above. Once you are approved, you will receive a unique referral link that you can share with your friends and family via email, social media, or messaging apps.
What rewards do I receive for referring friends?
You receive €15 in shopping credit for each friend who orders from Samako. You can use this shopping credit at Samako whenever you want.
What do my friends get if I refer them?
Your friends receive €15 off their first order.
Is there a limit to the number of friends I can refer?
No, there is no limit! You can refer as many friends as you want. The more friends you refer, the more rewards you earn.
How do I know if my friend made a purchase through my referral link?
You will receive an email notification once your friend's purchase is confirmed. You can also track your referrals and rewards in your referral dashboard when you log into your account.
Can I refer someone who has already bought something in the shop before?
Our referral program is designed for new customers. You can refer friends who are new to our shop and have not made a purchase before.
What should I do if my friend did not use my referral link but still made a purchase?
To ensure that you receive your reward for referrals, your friends must use your unique referral link when making their first purchase. They must also use the coupon code linked to your unique referral link when making that purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot apply referral rewards retroactively.
