What you'll be responsible for

Own the Customer Journey

Identify opportunities across the entire funnel and create experiences that increase conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value.

Build a world-class experimentation culture

Design, execute, and scale a structured testing roadmap across our website, landing pages, checkout, offers, and customer journeys.

Turn data into growth

Translate customer behavior, analytics, and insights into clear actions that drive measurable business impact.

Work cross-functionally

Collaborate closely with performance marketing, creative, product, customer support, and leadership to unlock growth opportunities.

Build the future

Help define the growth strategy that takes Samako from a fast-growing ecommerce brand to a category leader across Europe.
